Conor McKenna was individually recognised with the Sir John Loveridge Trophy. This award has no age restriction and is given to the sportsperson with the greatest progress in the year. It is fantastic recognition for the lowest handicap player on the island.

The evening highlighted the depth of sporting talent on the island . Golf had further nominations for Jayden Tucknott, Veronica Bougourd, Phil Sykes, and the Island Games Men’s Golf team. It is a fantastic achievement for our sport to be involved in so many categories.
